Buried Secrets

A Book Review

Buried Secrets

They thought had covered their tracks. No one should be able to identify the body. There was too much at stake to allow that to happen.

But truth has a way of coming out.

And when the body is uncovered decades later, they will stop at nothing to keep their secret buried.

We all have events in our life that we are ashamed of. We would rather these things not be aired in public. But few of us would be willing to kill to keep those secrets safe.

Buried Secrets is a page turner, like so many of Irene Hannon’s books. Hannon isn’t afraid to put her characters into extremely dangerous situations. I love her for that. She knows how to pull me in and not let me go.

I can’t wait to read the next book in this series!

Irene Hannon is one of my absolute favorite Romantic Suspense writers. If you haven’t read her books, I highly suggest that you do. You won’t be disappointed.

Buried SecretsThey both wanted quieter, safer lives.
But crime never sleeps . . .
and killers keep killing.

After years as a Chicago homicide detective, Lisa Grant is ready for the kinder, gentler life of a small-town police chief. But the discovery of a human skeleton by a construction crew at the edge of town taxes department resources. Enter ex-Navy SEAL Mac McGregor, the detective sent by the county to assist on the case. As they work to solve the mystery behind the unmarked grave, danger begins to shadow them. Someone doesn’t want this dead person telling any tales–and will stop at nothing to make certain a life-shattering secret stays buried.
